1. Registration and Account
Do I need to register on www.nxprint.ro?
Yes, registration is required in order to use our services. Go to the login page and enter the requested information. You will receive a confirmation email and then you will be able to log into your personal account.
This will help you save time and will also allow you to create an unlimited number of materials or design projects and store them in your own account.

Our online design studio, integrated into this website, makes creating print-ready product designs easier than ever! Amazing features, intuitive tools, and real-time 3D preview help you create the exact product design you want. Everything is complemented by dozens of templates available for specific products, allowing you to design directly on our website. Register an account and you can create and save an unlimited number of products in your portfolio.
We provide you with a completely unique and innovative way to obtain print-ready materials in a short amount of time. You can give up expensive design services and use our system instead!
You can choose from a wide range of templates or start with a blank page to create something completely unique from scratch. You have full control over image uploads, font selection, and with the help of the 3D preview you can see the final product before placing the order. Can I create my own product design?
Yes, you can create your desired design online for free. Some of our products allow you to use our online design application. This application is very easy to use thanks to its intuitive controls. You can start designing by choosing from a library of free templates provided by us or create your own complete design from scratch. This application simplifies the design process and generates a native PDF file ready for printing.

3. Your Order
What are the steps for placing an order and what options do I have?

- You have several options for creating the design of your chosen product:
- a. Upload your design (upload the design file of your product).
- b. Choose a template: select a template and customize it using the online editor available on the website.
- c. Create the design from scratch using the online editor on our website.
- Place the order and complete the payment.
- Your order will be checked, printed, packed, and delivered to your address, while you will always be informed about your order status.
How does it work and how do I place an order?
To begin the ordering process, choose your preferred product from the offers available on our website. You can use the menu at the top of the page or select from the product categories displayed on the left side of the page.
Once a product is selected, you can configure various options (quantity, dimensions, materials, etc.), which will dynamically update the price in real time.
Depending on the product you wish to order, you will have one, two, or three available options. These options are: Upload Design, Choose a Template, and Create Design.
What does each option offer?
1. Upload Design
Using this option, you can upload your own design in AI, PDF, or PSD format. Use this option when you already have a complete design ready for printing.
2. Choose a Template
If the product has predefined templates available, select this option to choose from our preloaded templates. Edit and customize them using our online design studio.
3. Create Design
This option allows you to create a fully customized design from scratch. Select the option to open the online design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.
How do I place an order?
Can I modify or cancel an order?
As long as the order is only placed in the shopping cart, it can be modified or cancelled from your account.
You can modify an order already submitted to us only if it has not entered the production stage. You can check this by tracking the order status. If you want to change the specifications of the ordered product, log into your account and make the desired changes.
If I already have my own design, can I send it for printing?
Yes, you can send your design for printing, but please keep the following recommendations in mind:
Support Layouts
You can use a layout provided by us (PDF or AI) to correctly create your file. Always download the layout corresponding to the purchased product from the website and use it as a base for positioning the graphics. Once the graphics are inserted, remove all guide lines except the bleed area and save the PDF without crop marks.
File Format
Submit your file in PDF format at a 1:1 scale (without password protection).
Format Orientation
The orientation of the pages in the PDF must match the orientation specified in the order (horizontal or vertical). In the case of double-sided printing, the file is rotated around its vertical axis, similar to turning the pages of a book. Please take this into consideration when positioning text.
Margins and Bleeds
If you download the correct layout from our website, the 2 mm bleed will already be properly set. The distance between the text and the cutting line must be at least 2 mm.
Resolution
The optimal file resolution for printing is 300 dpi.
Colors
All files must be submitted in CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). Images received in RGB or with PANTONE colors will automatically be converted to a standard separation profile.
Fonts
Fonts must be embedded in the PDF or converted to outlines/curves. The minimum recommended font size is 6 pt.
Vector paths must be at least 0.25 pt thick. We recommend avoiding placing borders or frames too close to the edge. Make sure that no objects or text are set to overprint in your file to avoid unexpected color results.
4. Payment and Delivery
Payment Methods
We accept online card payments (processed through NETOPIA Payments), as well as bank transfer payments.
Important: Production (printing) will begin immediately after payment confirmation. For bank transfer payments, the order will enter processing after the payment has been verified in our account.
How are orders delivered and what is the delivery time?
Orders are delivered by courier or can be picked up directly from our headquarters. The delivery time depends on the option you choose:
- Standard: delivery within 5–7 days
- Express: delivery within 2–4 days
- Express Plus: delivery within 24–48 hours
For certain products, the standard delivery time is estimated and may vary depending on the ordered quantity and the complexity of the production process. Express and Express Plus options are available at an additional cost, and their pricing depends on the complexity of the product and the production time required.
